Summary: We are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional / Solutions Architect to lead full lifecycle HCM implementations. The candidate should possess extensive functional knowledge in Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation, and Benefits, along with strong communication and client engagement skills. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the solution architect and functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements, design scalable HCM solutions, and translate them into Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Time and Labor
- Compensation
- Benefits (multiple plans/structures)
- Drive and lead discovery sessions, fit-gap analysis, functional workshops, and solution design discussions.
- Develop and review functional design documents, test scripts, training materials, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams for integrations, conversions, and reporting deliverables.
- Provide guidance and oversight during UAT, data validations, and go-live cutovers.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, data privacy, and best practices for HCM operations.
- Mentor client-side users and junior consultants as needed.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 3+ Oracle Cloud HCM end-to-end implementations in a lead or architect capacity.
- Deep hands-on expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle Cloud best practices, solution design standards, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ability to present to senior stakeholders and leadership.
