Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-capacity datacenter core and aggregation switches.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production datacenter fabrics.
- Implement and upgrade network solutions in multi-region cloud datacenter environments.
- Provide onsite support at customer locations as needed.
- Document configurations and handovers accurately.
- Resolve implementation issues and post cutover incidents rapidly.
Key Skills:
- 7-8 years of IT/networking experience in data center environments.
- Hands-on experience with cabling, rack & stack, and physical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
- Experience with SD WAN deployment and troubleshooting.

Required experience and skills:
- 7 8 years of IT/networking experience with proven hands on work in data center and computer room environments.
- Strong practical experience in cabling, rack & stack, and physical troubleshooting.
- Deep conceptual and hands on knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
- Practical SD WAN deployment and troubleshooting experience.
- Cisco ACI implementation and troubleshooting experience.
- Load balancer configuration and operational experience (L4/L7).
- Proficiency with CLI configuration, packet captures, and network diagnostic tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel for project implementations and upgrades.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Cisco ACI, SD WAN vendor certs, or load balancer vendor certs.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and formal change control processes.
Working conditions
- Onsite presence at customer location at Springfield, Virginia (Monday Friday) and off hours support as required due to project needs.
- Travel to remote sites for implementation and lifecycle upgrade activities; occasional extended site stays possible.
- Physical tasks include lifting, cabling, and working in confined spaces.
