Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform's overall performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues efficiently.
  • Design and deliver solutions that align with business processes.
  • Develop and implement UI changes, custom scripts, and automation flows.
  • Enhance and maintain workflows, forms, workspaces, and automation features.
  • Build and manage integrations with external systems.
  • Implement new AI features across the platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on processes including CSDM, CMDB, Asset, ITSM, SPM, and HRSD.
