Summary: The Senior Information Technology Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale IT projects within a multi-hospital environment, requiring expertise in OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant systems. This role demands extensive project management experience, including gathering user requirements, planning, directing, and monitoring project work. The Project Manager will also support business planning requirements and ensure successful implementation of system changes. A Bachelor's degree and PMP certification are strongly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee large, multi-hospital IT projects, ensuring successful implementation of OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant systems.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, establish work priorities, and plan project activities.
- Support business planning requirements, including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning.
- Maintain project issues and report progress to management and local steering teams.
- Coordinate and participate in analysis, design, coding activities, and ensure thorough testing of system changes.
- Ensure users are fully trained and prepared for system changes, meeting associated guidelines and procedures.
- Report project status and accomplishments to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Experience with OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant systems in a multi-hospital environment.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project teams.

Senior Information Technology Project Manager
Must Have:

- The Project Manager will gather and evaluate information concerning a user’s conceptual needs, estimate and schedule project activities and associated costs, coordinate and participate in analysis/design/coding activities, ensure that system changes are fully tested, ensure users are fully trained and prepared, associated guideline and procedure requirements are met, and coordinate implementation of the changes.
