Summary: The Senior Epic Application Analyst role involves leading the design, implementation, and support of Epic applications, acting as a liaison between clinical, operational, and IT teams. This position requires managing complex projects, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring that Health IT systems align with patient care and organizational objectives. The analyst will also provide go-live support and maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support contact for assigned Epic applications and end users
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Epic and other Health IT applications
- Lead application design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization efforts
- Manage and resolve support tickets with urgency, including escalation when needed
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication
- Lead Epic workgroups and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Mentor and guide Epic Application Analyst I & II team members
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs
- Provide go-live support and issue resolution during implementations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regulations
- Maintain required Epic certifications and ongoing training

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Range: $43.36 - $50.70 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Atwater, CA
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst to lead the design, build, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic applications.
