Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple Experience Cloud sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Act as a technical leader and problem solver, capable of navigating ambiguity, resolving blockers, and making data-driven decisions to ensure project momentum.
- Provide hands-on guidance in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, product and engineering architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain robust QA processes, including automated testing and code reviews, to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices, integrating new features and improvements into existing platforms.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing development teams.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, sharing rules, and customization options.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
