Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of work experience
- 10+ years of US based experience with linked is must
- 10 out of 10 communication skills must
- This position requires full SDLC application development with Python on AWS Lambda s.
- Have an active Linked-In profile (that was not recently created)
- No staff level developers, needs to have been the go-to person on their previous teams .
- Client is looking for the very top end of talent!
- Able to travel to the client location/office in Dallas up to 6 times per year (expenses paid)
- No west coast candidates
- Excellent tenure (candidates that have only 1 year or less in their roles are not a match)
- Past experience as a Software Developer (will normally be Java) Candidates that come from a DevOps, SRE, or Linux backgrounds are NOT a match. Do NOT submit DevOps candidates
- Currently developing AWS Lamda s in Python (not Lambda functions, but full SDLC application development)
- Experience leveraging AI Tools for coding (Amazon Q is ideal, but others work as well)
- Experience creating Messaging Queues is a big plus (Kafka is ideal, but others work as well)
- Experience doing a database migration to DynamoDB is a big plus
