Summary: The Sr. CIAM / Auth0 Architect will lead enterprise-level Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) initiatives, acting as a technical leader and solution architect with deep expertise in Auth0. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive solutions while guiding delivery teams and ensuring adherence to best practices in identity management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end CIAM solution designs with Auth0 and Okta.
  • Lead technical delivery teams across configuration, integration, and development.
  • Define and enforce IAM best practices, security standards, and extensibility models.
  • Architect solutions for OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and federation.
  • Implement and extend Auth0 rules, hooks, pipelines, and custom integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable CIAM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in Node.js, JavaScript, and SDK integration for SPAs and native apps.

Key Skills:

  • Okta Developer CIC certification (Required)
  • Okta Certified Consultant (Preferred)
  • 7+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Software Architecture roles.
