What you need to succeed
- Proven expertise in organizational change principles and application, including at least 7 years of relevant experience; certification is a plus
- Strong communication and content development skills using multiple formats including but not limited to email, PPT, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video, and infographics
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations.
- Experience using data, feedback, and insights to inform change management recommendations and decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-enabled productivity tools is desirable
