The key is finding a cloud-native AWS developer with strong Python-based AWS Lambda development experience.
- Must have hands-on experience building AWS Lambda functions in Python from scratch. Candidates who primarily write Lambdas in Java or Node.js are not a fit.
- Should have a Java development background, but have transitioned to Python and AWS and spent at least the last 4+ years focused on Python-based AWS development.
- Strong knowledge of core AWS services and cloud-native application development is required.
- Must have experience with Terraform (IaC), as the team has moved away from CloudFormation.
- Python automation experience is valuable, but they also need hands-on experience using Python to build and migrate Lambda applications as part of modernization or rewrite initiatives.

Must-Haves and What We Look For:
- 10+ years of U.S. work experience

- Candidates should have a Java foundation and have successfully transitioned into AWS, Python, and serverless development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A well-written, authentic resume that accurately reflects the candidate's experience. We screen out resumes that appear overly polished, AI-generated, or contain experience the candidate cannot confidently speak to.
- A complete LinkedIn profile with a professional photo and experience that aligns with the resume. If the LinkedIn profile does not include a photo, an identification card photo will be required at the time of submission.
- Comfortable with a multi-step interview process, including:
