Splunk Administrator

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on work with Splunk Core platform
• Proficiency in creating and managing Splunk Technology Add-ons (TAs)
• Experience with onboarding and ingesting various data sources into Splunk
• Experience with HTTP Event Collector (HEC) configuration and usage
• Experience in managing Splunk configuration files and deployment setups
• Experience with setting up and maintaining Forwarders, Indexers, and Search Heads
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration in an EST-aligned environment

R esponsibilities:

• Architect and maintain core Splunk components in enterprise environments
• Design and develop custom TAs to support data normalization
• Configure secure and efficient data ingestion via HEC endpoints
• Customize and manage props, transforms, and inputs within configuration files
• Build dynamic dashboards and visualizations for operational insights
• Deploy and manage Splunk Forwarders and Indexers across infrastructure
• Create, optimize, and manage scheduled and ad-hoc searches in Splunk
