Specialty Pharmacy Liaison

We are seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to support specialty pharmacy operations, patient access programs, reimbursement processes, and prescription fulfillment. This role will serve as a key liaison between specialty pharmacies, patient support hubs, vendors, and internal teams, managing escalations, troubleshooting issues, analyzing trends, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reimbursement hubs, specialty pharmacy operations, patient access services, or specialty pharmacy data environments.
• Experience supporting specialty pharmaceutical products and reimbursement processes.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement, including specialty injectables.
• Experience with electronic data exchange/data feeds between hubs and specialty pharmacies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
