Summary: The role of Specialized Front-End UI Developer / Accessibility Expert focuses on creating accessible and semantic web applications using HTML5 and CSS/SASS. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with WCAG standards and integrating front-end assets into Angular or MVC .NET environments. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to both technical teams and stakeholders. This position is fully remote and requires a deep understanding of accessibility practices and front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, semantic HTML5 and modern, responsive CSS/SASS.
- Implement WCAG standards and manage ARIA landmarks/attributes.
- Resolve color contrast and screen-reader compatibility issues.
- Integrate front-end assets into Angular or MVC .NET environments.
- Communicate frontend engineering concepts and technical standards effectively.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in semantic HTML5, CSS, SASS.
- Proven experience with WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.
- Knowledge of ARIA labels and color contrast requirements.
- Experience with keyboard navigation mechanics and focus management.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
