Summary: The Solutions Architect role focuses on supporting high-severity production issues with expert troubleshooting in Oracle Cloud Integrations HCM. The position requires deep expertise in various Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM areas and hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and related technologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for facilitating technical discussions and influencing architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support high severity production issues with expert troubleshooting.
  • Utilize deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations, role-based security, HDL, OTBI/BIP, HCM Extract, Payroll Flows, or Fast Formulas.
  • Implement hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle ATP/ADW, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Apply strong background in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and version control.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and influence architecture decisions.
  • Demonstrate clear, confident communication both written and verbal.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ATP/ADW, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
