Summary: The Solutions Architect will lead a large team of functional consultants to design and implement cohesive solutions across various domains including Finance, Logistics, Procurement, HR, and Payroll. This role involves ensuring alignment of technical and functional designs while meeting project milestones, with a focus on replacing legacy systems for a significant workforce. The position is remote with occasional monthly travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a large team of functional consultants.
- Align design ideas into a cohesive solution across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
- Ensure technical and functional designs are aligned and methodologies applied.
- Meet project milestones and report to the program lead.
- Support a 100-member team in replacing legacy systems, including payroll for 100,000 employees.
