Summary: This role involves supporting a 3rd sector client in analyzing their current rostering solution and exploring potential improvements or replacements. The Architect will leverage their expertise in rostering systems within the care industry to map processes and propose enhancements or alternatives. Collaboration with the project team and the client is essential to identify project outcomes and specifications for future systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage rostering system and care industry experience to analyze and map processes, functionality, and interfaces/integrations of the current solution
• Identify project outcomes by considering both present and future states
• Collaborate with the project team and end client to propose enhancements or replacements

Key Skills:

• Previous experience with rostering solutions in a care setting (e.g., Access Care, Cygnum, Birdie) - essential
• Demonstrable experience in process mapping and technical analysis of existing IT solutions
• Ability to identify and create specifications for future state systems
