The Architect will leverage their experience in rostering systems within the care industry to map processes and propose enhancements or alternatives. Collaboration with a project team and the client is essential to identify project outcomes and specifications for future systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map processes, functionality, and interfaces of the current rostering solution.
- Identify project outcomes considering both present and future states.
- Collaborate with the project team and end client to propose enhancements or replacements.
Key Skills:
- Experience with rostering solutions in a care setting (e.g., Access Care, Cygnum, Birdie).
- Demonstrable skills in process mapping and technical analysis of IT solutions.
- Ability to identify and create specifications for future state systems.
