Summary: Flint is seeking a Solution Design Authority for a contract role requiring SC Clearance. The position involves gathering customer-specific technical requirements, leading design workshops, and producing high-level and low-level designs for QoS changes. The role emphasizes collaboration among internal teams and third-party providers to ensure effective solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and define customer-specific technical requirements to guide the solution design process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert throughout post-sales solution implementation. Lead and contribute to design and integration workshops to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Produce end to end review of existing QoS implementation.
  • Produce HLD for proposed QoS changes.
  • Produce LLD for the proposed QoS configuration.
  • Facilitate effective planning and collaboration among internal teams, customers, and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and execution.

Key Skills:

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom industry frameworks such as eTOM, TAM, and SID.
  • Expertise in OSS/BSS processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries CPQ/Order Management.
  • Proven experience in multi-channel solution delivery.
  • At least 6 years of experience in developing COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) applications.
