- Partner with business and product leaders to define roadmaps, technology blueprints, and solution standards.
- Build and modernize data platforms to handle high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
- Introduce observability, monitoring, and reliability engineering practices to ensure system health and resiliency.
- Serve as design authority and mentor cross-functional engineering teams in solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with service level objectives (SLOs), availability, and performance benchmarks for all critical systems.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and vendors to deliver.
