Summary: The Solution Architect with SF Data Cloud Experience is responsible for designing complex architectural Digital Commerce platform engagements, focusing on Service Cloud and SF Data Cloud implementations. This role involves leading client project migrations, conducting educational workshops, and ensuring best practices in technology and performance. The position requires a strong background in eCommerce solutions and effective communication skills to guide project teams and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the design of complex architectural Digital Commerce platform engagements.
- Participate in 3rd party integrations using industry best practices.
- Lead the migration and implementation of client projects.
- Conduct educational workshops as needed.
- Create and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Client Commerce portfolio.
- Maintain a showcase of solutions created on various platforms.
- Assist sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and performing business value assessments.
- Propose and demo solution options, business cases, prototypes, and walk-throughs.
- Respond to requests for information/proposal documents.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
- Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Execute architectural solutions as an eCommerce services leader and subject matter expert.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation delivery role.
- Successful track record in selling and architecting eCommerce solutions.
- Expertise in enterprise-level eCommerce platforms (SFCC, SAP Hybris, Magento).
- Strong business communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and resolve project-related issues.
- Self-starter, disciplined, proactive, and collaborative.

Key Knowledge/ Experience
- Bachelor Computer Science or related degree
- 5+ years' work experience in a direct customer facing and implementation delivery role in a Consulting or professional services organization focused on providing digtial ecommerce experiences
- Successful recent track record in selling and architecting ecommerce solutions
- Experienced in leading engagements end to end, providing solutions leadership, content and governance to consulting initiatives and projects
- Expert in enterprise level ecommerce platforms (SFCC, SAP Hybris, Magento)
