Solution Architect – Telco Commercials (Salesforce & BSS) || Remote / Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Telco Commercials with strong expertise in Telecommunications BSS and Salesforce Communications Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, end-to-end BSS commercial architectures supporting Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes across B2B, B2C, and subscription-based business models.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end target architectures for Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Communications Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
• Design integrations between Salesforce, BSS platforms, core networks, ERP systems, and middleware.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture solutions, technical designs, and blueprints.
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development and delivery teams.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise integration standards, business objectives, and scalability requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Solution Architecture experience, preferably within Telecommunications BSS and commercial transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including EPC, CPQ, and Order Management, and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Telecom BSS architecture, commercial models, Lead-to-Order, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Strong expertise in APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with TM Forum Open APIs and SID.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across business, architecture, and technical teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), including Apigee, Pub/Sub, and Big Query.
• Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
