Required Qualifications & Experience
Industry Experience: Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, with understanding of A&D manufacturing processes (e.g., pegging, project manufacturing, government contracting compliance).
Technical Expertise:
- Proven hands-on experience architecting and configuring MRP (including project-based MRP/GPD).
- Deep expertise in PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) for complex constraint-based scheduling.
- Strong experience with Shop Floor Integration (SFI) and MES integration.
- Product Ownership: Experience acting as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum development framework.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and advanced planning solutions.
- Familiarity with defense-specific manufacturing concepts like Earned Value Management (EVM) and actual costing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
