Summary: The Solution Architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Agentforce for Marketing is responsible for designing and implementing scalable marketing technology architectures that enhance customer engagement and decision-making. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural mindset and hands-on experience with complex marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce for Marketing implementations
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies
  • Establish best practices for multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web personalization, etc.)
  • Oversee implementation of Marketing Cloud modules (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, etc.)
  • Design and implement Agentforce-driven marketing workflows and AI-powered engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide technical leadership during all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party platforms
  • Define data governance, segmentation strategies, and customer data unification approaches
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and security across marketing systems
  • Partner with marketing, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and define solutions

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience in marketing technology or CRM solution architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex marketing automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and/or server-side scripting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agentforce for Marketing or similar AI-driven marketing platforms (preferred)
