Summary: The Solution Architect for Oracle Cloud Operate is responsible for overseeing the architecture of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring production stability and secure integrations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own current/target-state architecture across Oracle Cloud (ERP/SCM as applicable), integrations, and data flows; set design standards and non-functional requirements.
  • Act as escalation point for complex cross-module/integration production issues; lead root-cause analysis and recurrence prevention.
  • Govern integration patterns and operational readiness (FBDI/APIs/OIC or middleware): monitoring, error handling, reprocessing, resiliency.
  • Lead production change/release planning (defects/minor enhancements), environment readiness, and cutover/validation steps.
  • Drive Oracle quarterly update impact assessment and coordinate regression testing/production validation.
  • Maintain/approve runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles; provide operational reporting (SLA, incident trends, recurring issues) and mentor the support team.

Role Summary
USDC-based Solution Architect responsible for end-to-end Oracle Cloud Operate solution architecture, ensuring production stability, secure integrations, and disciplined incident/problem/change governance across functional and technical teams, consistent with Operate delivery expectations (L2/L3 support, RCA, runbooks, quarterly update readiness).
