Solution Architect - Internal / Employee Communication

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for employee and internal communication platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient communication ecosystems supporting corporate communications, operational messaging, employee engagement, and frontline workforce communications.
• Develop architecture roadmaps aligned to the broader digital workplace and employee experience strategy.
• Produce architecture artefacts including: High-level and low-level solution designs, Integration architectures, Data flow diagrams, Security and governance models, Technology roadmaps.

Platform Architecture

• Provide architectural leadership across employee communication and engagement platforms including: Staffbase, Workvivo, Blink, WorkJam, Zipline, Zebra Technologies.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and make recommendations regarding platform selection, consolidation, implementation, and optimisation.
• Define approaches for content management, audience targeting, campaign delivery, notifications, workflows, and employee interactions.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience operating as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering digital workplace, employee experience, communications, or collaboration solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architectures.
• Experience designing architectures that support large and distributed workforces, including frontline and deskless employees.
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Staffbase, Workvivo, Blink, WorkJam, Zipline, Zebra Technologies, Workforce Connect.
