- Oversee configuration of IFS Cloud and lead testing and training programs.

- Coordinate development aspects, both internal and external, and identify project risks.
- Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies and training.
- Support ERP roadmap socialization and implementation as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Deliver IFS Cloud implementation training for team members.

Position Summary: Responsible for designing and implementing efficient software solutions to meet the specific needs of a business's enterprise resource planning system
Principal Activities:

- Responsible for complete technology stack related to IFS. Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in the areas of Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance
- Hands-on formulation of business and functional requirements. Set the direction for corresponding and complimentary solution delivery aligned to business goals. This would be in relation to both the template solution as well as localizations.
- Oversee and participate in the configuration of IFS Cloud to bring site requirements to life and lead testing and training programs during ERP Transformation initiatives
- Responsible for governance of the entire feature delivery and change management of IFS implementation for the template solution and localization.
- Coordination of all aspects of development, both internal and external.
- Partner with the business and site to identify project risk and issues
- Work together to collaboratively develop and articulate mitigation strategies
- Participate in the development and deployment of implementation methodologies, trainings, and toolkits through internal initiatives
- Support ERP roadmap socialization and implementation as a Subject Matter Expert
- Participate in the development and delivery of IFS Cloud implementation training for team members.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details

Experience & Education: Bachelor s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of implementation experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing with IFS Cloud, in addition to similar systems (such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor)
- Business expertise in Manufacturing processes as well as having strong knowledge of other business processes: Part Setup to Costing, Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay
