Summary: The role of Solution Architect involves working with a government organization through a consultancy client, focusing on producing and maintaining Solution Design Documents and supporting architectural artifacts. Candidates are expected to provide solution architecture advisory support and ensure alignment with the client's IT strategy and design standards. The position requires expertise in solution assurance and the ability to design resilient service solutions. This is a fully remote position for a duration of 3 months or more, with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and supporting architectural artifacts.
- Provide solution architecture advisory support and translate Discovery outputs into solution design decisions and technical requirements.
- Ensure alignment with architecture governance and the client's IT strategy and solution design standards.
- Conduct solution assurance and iterative design reviews across complex digital transformation and transition programs.
- Design and document integration, reconciliation, and resilient service solutions, considering Disaster Recovery and operational continuity.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in producing and maintaining Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Strong understanding of architecture governance and IT strategy alignment.

We are looking for several Solution Architects to work with a government organisation through our consultancy client.
Role responsibilities:
- Proven ability to produce and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs) alongside supporting architectural artefacts and technical specifications
- Experience providing solution architecture advisory support and translating Discovery outputs into solution design decisions and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of architecture governance (SAB/ARB) combined with alignment to the Gov clients IT Strategy and solution design standards
- Expertise in solution assurance and iterative design review across complex digital transformation and transition programmes
- Ability to design and document integration, reconciliation and resilient service solutions, including consideration for Disaster Recovery and operational continuity
