Summary: An experienced Solution Architect is sought to join an Architecture team, focusing on designing and governing solutions for large projects. The role demands a dynamic individual with extensive technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills. The position is remote with occasional travel and requires British citizenship for security clearance. The contract duration is six months, with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture design for large-scale programmes across multiple technology domains.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into robust architectural solutions.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design.
- Support pre-sales and bid activities by providing architectural input and technical leadership.
- Drive handover and knowledge transfer between teams to maintain continuity across projects.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectures.
- Solid AWS knowledge.
- Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
- Stakeholder management, a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experienced in designing end-to-end solutions for complex programmes.
- Demonstrated leadership in architecture roles.

Role;

This role requires a dynamic individual with broad technical expertise across multiple domains and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in designing and governing solutions that meet complex business needs in large projects while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

- Exposure to security and compliance considerations in cloud environments. Exposure to other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their use cases
- Experience in regulated environments or large transformation programme's.
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in solution design.
