Solution Architect (Healthcare)

Summary: The Solution Architect role focuses on designing and leading enterprise integration architecture specifically within the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotechnology domains. The position requires collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to implement scalable integration solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The architect will also mentor engineering teams and drive initiatives related to API-first and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead enterprise integration architecture across business-critical systems.
• Define integration strategies, standards, and architecture best practices.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Drive API-first and event-driven architecture initiatives.
• Lead integration of Snowflake and enterprise data platforms.
• Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance across integration solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural governance.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of Solution/Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotechnology domain.
• Strong background designing enterprise integration solutions across complex business applications.
• Experience with API-led architecture, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern enterprise data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working in regulated environments with GxP, HIPAA, or other Life Sciences compliance standards.
