Solution Architect (Gov.
UK) - 6 months + ext. - Remote.
On behalf of one of our key partners RED now has a new opportunity for a Solution Architect with Gov.
UK experience to join them on an initial 6 months contract with long-term scope.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote with occasional on-site in London.
You will be focused on the Front End/UI solution delivery with the below responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end solution architecture for the programme, providing a unified, coherent design across multiple ARTs and delivery teams.
Define and maintain the solution vision, solution intent, architecture runway and target/transition state architectures.
Act as Solution Architect within a SAFe (or equivalent scaled agile) operating model, collaborating with Release Train Engineers, System Architects, Product Management and Solution Management.
Specific skills/experience required:
- 5+ years IT Architecture experience.
- Strong Front End development and architecture experience, preferably using Scala.
- Experience designing for or developing government/public sector platforms.
- Experience specifically with Gov.UK is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
