Summary: The Solution Architect for Enterprise Transformation will lead enterprise-scale architecture initiatives across D365 CE, Customer Insights, Power Platform, and Azure. This role involves defining customer segmentation strategies and designing secure, event-driven solutions to enhance personalized customer experiences. The position requires a strong background in D365 CE and Azure integrations, with a focus on delivering large-scale transformation programs. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture across D365 CE, CI Data, CI Journeys, Power Platform & Azure
- Define CI segmentation models (static, Real Time, incremental)
- Architect Real Time customer journeys with event triggers, branching, personalisation, throttling & suppressions
- Own email/SMS channel readiness (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm up, deliverability, bounce/complaint handling)
- Design event architectures using Event Grid, Service Bus, Dataverse events
- Ensure security best practices across Azure and D365
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in D365 CE, including large scale transformation programmes
- Strong hands on delivery of CI Journeys implementations
- Expertise with segments, personalisation, and custom channel integrations
- Azure integrations: Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus
- Deep understanding of Azure & D365 security

Atrium EMEA are supporting a large managed service provider and looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise scale architecture across D365 CE, Customer Insights (Data + Journeys), Power Platform, and Azure. You'll define customer segmentation strategies, architect Real Time journeys, and design secure event driven solutions that power personalised customer experiences.
