Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized tutoring and mentorship to students pursuing careers in software testing.
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to cover fundamental and advanced software testing concepts.
- Develop and update comprehensive teaching materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and practical exercises.
- Lead workshops, webinars, and classes focusing on various aspects of software testing, including manual testing, automated testing, and testing tools.
- Offer hands-on training sessions to give students practical experience.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ assignments and projects.
- Assess students’ progress and offer strategies for improvement.
- Develop resources such as guides, templates, and toolkits to support students’ learning journeys.
- Stay current with the latest trends and developments in software testing to ensure relevant and high-quality education for students.
- Track and measure student progress and satisfaction, adapting teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring, preferably in software testing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, LoadRunner, etc.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
