Summary: Ours Salesforce partner is seeking 5 experienced Quality Consultants for a 3-month rolling contract focused on a large Public Sector project. Candidates must have SC clearance and will work remotely with occasional site visits. The role involves ensuring the quality of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions throughout the development lifecycle, requiring a strong background in software quality assurance. The position is classified as inside IR35 and is set to start in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, based on provided designs and user stories.
  • Perform various testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication with the development team.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Consultant or Software Tester.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce certifications (eg, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Accessibility requirements and testing.
  • Experience with test automation tools (eg, Selenium, Provar).
  • Experience with tools like Zephyr.
  • Proven experience in test automation.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions throughout the development lifecycle. The QA Consultant will work closely with developers, architects, and project managers.
