Software Test Analyst (Mid-Level ERP Test Analyst)

• Validate and compare data using both converted and system-generated data.
• Work within Agile environments, preferably using the SAFe methodology.
• Utilize excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Skills:

• Five plus years of hands-on manual testing experience.
• Strong background in configuration-based testing of COTS applications.
• Experience with interface testing and complex data integrations.
• Familiarity with data validation and comparisons.
• Experience in Agile environments, preferably with SAFe methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certification in software testing, Agile methodologies, or ERP systems is a plus.
