Software Test Analyst (Jr. Level ERP Test Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of hands-on manual testing experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or enterprise system environments.
• Strong background in configuration-based testing of COTS applications.
• Experience with interface testing involving complex data integrations.
• Familiarity with data validation and data comparisons using both converted and system-generated data.
• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably using the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Certification in software testing, Agile methodologies or ERP systems is a plus.
