Required Skills :
- 7+ years of software quality engineering and test automation experience, with strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Proven ability to design and deliver custom automation solutions (not just implement existing frameworks).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience applying them in quality or automation contexts (e.g., predictive models, data-driven testing, NLP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
- Experience with modern automation and testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, API testing).
- DevOps pipeline knowledge enough to work effectively with DevOps teams and ensure seamless automation integration but not focused on building pipelines directly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Background in data engineering or model training to support AI-driven solutions.
- Experience supporting large-scale migration or divestiture initiatives.
Education:
