Summary: The Software Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for leading testing teams and performing advanced systems analysis to enhance software quality through effective testing and automation. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, design documents, and other documentation to develop detailed test cases.
- Create and execute automated functional and regression test cases against HTML, PDF, and Excel reports. Document issues, test cases, results, and summaries in detail.
- Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with development teams and customers to fully understand functionality, define and implement test automation, and clearly communicate results.
- Execute performance and accessibility testing.
- Perform manual testing and data validation.
Key Skills:
- 8 years of experience testing complex web applications.
- 8 years of experience testing across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 5 years of advanced experience with Database/SQL language.
- 3 years of experience working with API, JSON, and XML.
- 2 years of experience with WAPT Pro, JMeter, or other performance testing tools.
- 5 years of experience testing reports (preferred).

Position Overview
The Software QA Engineer performs advanced and/or supervisory systems analysis and team leadership, supporting the daily operations and activities of testing teams within Quality Assurance (QA). This role focuses on planning, analyzing user requirements, and improving existing systems through effective testing and automation.
This position will work with the Multi-Apps development team to provide the following software testing services:
Analyze user requirements, design documents, and other documentation to develop detailed test cases.
Create and execute automated functional and regression test cases against HTML, PDF, and Excel reports. Document issues, test cases, results, and summaries in detail.
Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
Collaborate with development teams and customers to fully understand functionality, define and implement test automation, and clearly communicate results.
Execute performance and accessibility testing.
Perform manual testing and data validation.
The QA group supports and facilitates the implementation of all applications and projects within the organization.
Candidate Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of experience testing complex web applications.
8 years of experience testing across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
5 years of advanced experience with Database/SQL language.
3 years of experience working with API, JSON, and XML.
2 years of experience with WAPT Pro, JMeter, or other performance testing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
