Solution Assurance TesterRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Solution Assurance Tester to support the management and development of various applications.As a key member of the software engineering division, you will assist in assessing software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. We're committed to celebrating diversity and ensuring inclusivity, where every voice matters and contributes to our collective success.Post responsibilities include:Evaluate, analyse, and interpret highly complex information and requirements to inform the design and development of systems and applications.Apply specialist knowledge to define and create functional tests using well structured-maintainable code.Maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including the technical development team, management team and key customers.Attend daily development meetings, participate in internal and external working meetings, and provide information on testing outcomes and expertise.Implement standards and policies, pro-actively identifying and proposing improvements or enhancements.Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) and develop automation/test scripts when needed.Experience and qualifications required include:Educated to Degree or equivalent level in a computing, engineering, analysis or related subject or equivalent experience.Experience of working on large scale, complex, tight deadline projects.Demonstrable experience in solution assurance or software testing, ideally gained within the NHS.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Next Steps:We value independent thinking and risk-taking.
