We're Hiring | Software Quality Assurance Analyst 3 (QA Automation + AI Testing)

Are you an experienced QA Automation Engineer with a passion for AI-driven testing? We're looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst 3 (SQAA3) to join our team and help build high-quality, scalable testing solutions for a mission-critical government project.
This role combines traditional QA automation with modern AI/ML testing strategies, including AI model validation, AI-assisted test automation, and intelligent quality engineering practices.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins
- Build and execute automated tests across Unit, Functional, Integration, UAT, and Production Validation
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression testing
- Perform API, UI, Web Services, and Performance Testing
- Manage test cases, test environments, and automation suites
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous quality improvements
