Summary: The Software Platform Engineer - IDAM role involves managing Identity and Access Management solutions across Cloud and On-premises networks, ensuring security and compliance for mobile devices and applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Identity and Access Management solutions across Cloud and On-premises networks.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft identity solutions including Active Directory, ADFS, and Entra.
- Ensure security and compliance policies are adhered to for mobile devices and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with business needs.
- Proactively recommend new working practices and adhere to current best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Skills:
- Over 2 years of experience in identity management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Identity suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of configuration and administration of Exchange server.
- Experience in configuring servers and mail roles.
- Monitoring to maximize uptime and ensure mail flow and security.
- Backup solutions knowledge.
- Familiarity with Cisco Webex and Cisco Jabber.
- Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) and BPSS check.
- Must be a sole British national with no other nationalities.

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced engineer to manage our Identity and Access management solutions across Cloud and On-premises networks, ensuring all mobile devices and applications are secure and compliant, and configured to ensure an effective and efficient end-user experience. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Microsoft identity solutions, including Active Directory, ADFS and Entra to deliver a secure workspace to our users on a variety of operating systems, platforms, and device types. This includes identity and access management, security and compliance policies, updates, and application management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the tailored solutions are delivered in line with the needs of the business, proactively recommending new working practices and adhering to current best practices.
