Summary: The role of Software Expert – Operating Systems involves supporting a data collection initiative aimed at enhancing AI systems' understanding of operating system interfaces through expert-level software workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Record screen sessions demonstrating operating system workflows with clear verbal narration explaining each step
- Annotate screenshots by accurately drawing bounding boxes around relevant UI elements
- Follow provided staging instructions to configure specific UI states prior to recording
- Use custom capture tools to record workflows consistently and accurately
- Adhere strictly to task guidelines to ensure data quality and downstream usability
- Deliver high-quality outputs suitable for large-scale AI research and model training

Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking experienced software professionals with deep operating system expertise to support a high-priority data collection initiative in collaboration with leading AI research labs. This role focuses on capturing realistic, expert-level software workflows to improve how AI systems understand complex operating system interfaces and multi-step professional tasks. You will contribute directly to the development of high-fidelity datasets used to train next-generation AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Record screen sessions demonstrating operating system workflows with clear verbal narration explaining each step
