Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to a small, collaborative remote team (monthly Leeds workshop)
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Delphi
- Familiarity with Lazarus is useful
- Experience with WebSockets and REST APIs in Delphi is a plus
- Solid communicator, team-focused, able to work through ambiguity
- AWS and Docker experience nice to have
- Must be able to pass BPSS

I'm looking for a Software Engineer who's comfortable getting hands-on with Delphi and Legacy tech, but equally confident modernising systems into a clean, scalable, cloud-ready stack.
This is a long-term engagement focused on lifting a Legacy PHP/Delphi Windows application into AWS, replacing Windows dependencies with Linux, and migrating from MS SQL to Postgres. There's some Delphi UI work, but it's minimal- the heavier lift is understanding the current Delphi components and helping re-write what's needed in C#/.NET as part of the transformation.
