Summary

This position focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting a large-scale data interoperability platform and its related applications. The role spans the full development lifecycle, contributing to modern front-end and back-end systems while ensuring high performance, usability, and technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams and product leaders to refine and improve software solutions.
• Build intuitive, visually engaging front-end interfaces using human centered design principles.
• Develop and maintain reliable, well structured APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and modernize software components across the stack.
• Conduct testing to confirm responsiveness, stability, and efficiency.
• Implement security measures and data protection best practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation for internal knowledge systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners during product releases.
• Identify and define ongoing technical requirements to support product evolution.
• Drive improvements in overall user experience.
• Provide technical services aligned with any applicable state-funded initiatives.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Four years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong capability with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with back-end languages such as C#, Python, .NET, or JavaScript (.NET and JavaScript preferred).
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda or similar).
• Minimum three years of SQL experience.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Node and React.
• Experience writing unit tests and building APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems (GitHub, git, or similar).
• Experience working with enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Sound analytical skills and ability to document complex processes.
• Collaborative mindset for working with product teams, engineers, analysts, and business partners.
