Summary: We are looking for a Senior SDET Contractor to enhance High Usage Scenario Testing for the Mortgage LOS initiative. This role involves designing and implementing automated test solutions for complex workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position is remote but requires candidates to be located in specific states and to work PST hours. There is potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test cases for high-usage, end-to-end scenarios in the BECU and Mortgage LOS ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to ensure testability and coverage of critical workflows.
  • Build and maintain test data models and reusable automation components aligned with BECU's frameworks.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliability across environments.
  • Analyze test results, identify failure patterns, and support defect triage and resolution.
  • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to align testing with delivery milestones.
  • Provide technical feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of test practices.
  • Document test strategy, coverage, and results for business and technical stakeholders.
