• Administer Microsoft 365 licensing and manage Adobe Creative Cloud licenses.
• Support software audits and compliance reviews.
• Generate reports and perform analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding software asset management.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Software Asset Manager or SAM Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM or Asset Management.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 licensing and Microsoft Admin Center.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise licenses.
• Knowledge of software entitlement management and license compliance.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
