Summary: The Social Media Manager at FastNetMon is responsible for enhancing the company's social media presence through strategic content creation and community engagement, particularly in the Telecommunications and Cyber Security sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow FastNetMon’s social media presence across a large number of platforms
  • Create and publish technical social media content, including industry commentary, educational posts, product updates, visual assets, and short-form media
  • Translate highly technical engineering updates into engaging and accessible social media content
  • Monitor social media performance and audience engagement using analytics and scheduling platforms such as Buffer and native platform analytics
  • Support awareness campaigns, product launches, customer stories, conference participation, and industry announcements
  • Coordinate content publishing schedules and maintain consistency across channels
  • Create visual assets, illustrations, short videos, and presentation materials aligned with FastNetMon’s brand guidelines
  • Engage with technical communities and help strengthen FastNetMon’s visibility within the Telecom and Cyber Security industries
  • Contribute ideas for audience growth, thought leadership, and community engagement

Key Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Network Security, Telecom, or related technical fields
  • Strong understanding of technical B2B social media and content marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to create engaging content about complex technical topics
  • Strong visual eye and ability to create polished media assets aligned with brand guidelines

Open position for Social Media Manager at FastNetMon We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager with strong technical marketing instincts, excellent content creation skills, and a solid understanding of Telecommunications and Cyber Security, especially in DDoS defence. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with execution. You’ll help grow and strengthen FastNetMon’s presence across social media and community channels while creating high-quality technical and educational content for a global audience of network engineers and security professionals. The position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate and their experience. We are open to working with either independent contractors or experienced agencies, depending on the expertise and fit.
