- Use analytics and performance insights to continuously improve campaign and website performance.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

- Hands-on experience creating and executing social campaigns rather than relying on agencies.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or field marketing activity through social and digital channels.
- Good understanding of website journeys, localization, UX, and digital engagement.
- Experience working within global organizations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Sprout Social, Marketo or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

We’re hiring a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead social execution and digital campaign activation across key regional campaigns and initiatives. This role sits within a global marketing team and will focus on bringing field marketing campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives to life across social and digital channels. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and understands how to localise messaging for different audiences in a meaningful way — not just through translation.
