Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Security Engineering, Security Automation, SOAR, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong experience implementing and supporting SOAR or security automation solutions.
- Strong customer-facing and consulting experience.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating customer workflows into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
- Experience interpreting and applying API documentation.
- Hands-on experience with API authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting APIs across security and IT platforms.
