Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Platform Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, DevOps automation, and Snowflake deployment engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake deployments.
- Automate the deployment and promotion of Snowflake changes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Develop automated deployment processes for Snowflake objects, including:
- Databases and schemas
- Tables and views
- Stored procedures and functions
- Tasks and streams
- Roles, grants, and security configurations
- Other Snowflake platform objects
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud platform.
- Proven experience developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake.
- Strong experience with Git and source control management.
- Hands-on experience with one or more CI/CD tools:
- GitHub Actions
- Azure DevOps
- Jenkins
- GitLab CI/CD
- Experience automating Snowflake deployments across multiple environments.
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL and Snowflake object management.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
