Summary: The Sitefinity Web Portal Developer will play a crucial role in the Permitting Transformation solution development team at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. This position involves both front-end and back-end development, integrating the portal with MS Power Platform and other systems. The developer will collaborate closely with the Lead Developer, Architect, and other team members to ensure successful project execution. The role is fully remote for the duration of the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer Sitefinity 14.x
- Engage in standards-based .Net and MVC development
- Integrate the portal with EPA shared services registration data
- Participate in agile practices and iterative development

The Sitefinity Web Portal Developer is a key member of the Permitting Transformation (PTP) solution development team with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The candidate will focus on both front-end and backend development and integrate the portal with an MS Power Platform (Dynamics) solution as well as other systems, applications, and authentication services. The portal developer will work closely with our Lead Developer and Architect, a team of developers, and other PTP staff such as business analysts.
